Arcadia Villas

Near Rinas, a request was submitted by three clients to develop their land into three identical villas. The request also included the preferred architectural style, which was neoclassical. Accordingly, our proposal was tailored to their requirements, presenting three villas, each with its own landscaped garden and a private swimming pool.

The villa entrance is defined by two columns that extend across both floors. The façade openings are maximized and treated with the same style to provide visual continuity. The variation of volumes between floors creates the opportunity for a generously sized balcony. Additionally, the surrounding greenery provides the tranquility necessary for this type of villa.
