This apartment project is designed as a warm, intimate retreat that blends bohemian character with a cozy, contemporary lifestyle. The concept centers around comfort, softness, and a strong sense of home, creating a space that feels both relaxed and thoughtfully curated.

At the heart of the apartment is the fireplace, which acts as the main focal point and emotional anchor of the space. It brings a natural sense of warmth and gathering, shaping the layout around it and encouraging moments of pause, relaxation, and connection. The living area is designed to feel inviting and layered, with soft seating, textured fabrics, and carefully selected décor that enhances the overall уют (cozy) atmosphere.

The design language draws heavily from boho influences, expressed through a mix of natural materials, organic forms, and a slightly eclectic composition.
