Lunda House

Conceived as a contemporary private residence with a refined Mediterranean spirit, this villa in Lundër brings together the clarity of modern volumes with the warmth and authenticity of natural materials. The architecture is defined by clean geometric forms, minimalist white façades, textured natural stone, and large softly arched openings that give the building a distinctive and elegant identity.

The project is designed as a home open to light, landscape, and outdoor living. Interior spaces flow naturally toward the verandas, swimming pool, lounge areas, and outdoor kitchen, creating a seamless continuity between inside and outside. Large glass surfaces, transparent balconies, and warm interior lighting allow the villa to transform throughout the day, from a bright and calm daytime residence to a warm and intimate evening retreat.

Materiality plays a central role in the architectural language of the project. Natural stone is used as a defining element, giving the façade depth, texture, and a sense of permanence, while the white plaster surfaces create a clean and contemporary contrast. Wooden details, terraces, pergolas, and carefully selected outdoor finishes soften the composition and bring a warm residential atmosphere to the overall design.

The courtyard is treated as an integral part of the architectural concept, rather than simply an exterior extension. The swimming pool, lounge area, barbecue space, and Mediterranean planting create a complete outdoor living experience where privacy, comfort, and aesthetics coexist naturally.
