High-security building
2018
Peze,Tirana
The project consists of two architecturally similar volumes that maintain a harmonious visual line, yet differ from each other in function. Both buildings share the same height, although the service building is organized on two floors, while the warehouse is a single open space. Their roofing is executed differently: the two-story building is covered with a reinforced concrete slab, whereas the warehouse uses a metal structure with sandwich panels.
The exterior façade of both structures is built with a ventilated system using terracotta material, ensuring high energy efficiency and a durable aesthetic that withstands weather conditions without deterioration.
Additionally, the entrance areas of the buildings are treated with semi-structural façades, creating a harmonious blend between functionality and architectural beauty. The result is a modern, efficient, and resilient ensemble in which every element serves not only its purpose but also contributes to the overall aesthetic appearance of the project.
