Lumea Villa

Located on the outskirts of Tirana, near Petrela, this neoclassical villa features an interior designed by Archinvest. The clients desired a blend of styles, focusing on clean lines and warm tones. The villa spans three levels, one of which is below ground. Access to the villa is provided through the ground floor (level 0), which also offers a rear exit to the garden.

The living, cooking, and dining areas merge into a single open space, becoming the main environment of the ground floor. This area was treated with neutral and warm tones, aligning with the chosen aesthetic style.

The basement level provides space for a wine cellar, where the color palette becomes deeper than in the rest of the home, as well as a workspace and a laundry room. The upper floor is dedicated to the night area and consists of four bedrooms. These rooms are designed with clean lines, neutral tones, and warm lighting.
