This exterior project, located in the Selvia area of Tirana, represents a contemporary approach to urban architecture with mixed-use functions. The building harmoniously combines residential units, office spaces, and commercial areas, creating a dynamic structure that enriches both the daily life of residents and the rhythm of the city.
The architectural concept is built upon the interplay of staggered forms and volumes, which give the building a strong visual identity and a lively façade composition. These shifts in mass create depth and natural shading, generating a façade that changes appearance depending on the viewing angle and the movement of daylight throughout the day.
Materials and colors are carefully chosen to emphasize the project’s contemporary character—neutral textures combined with metallic details and glass surfaces that reflect light and give the volume a sense of lightness.
Overall, the project forms a dialogue between functionality and urban aesthetics, where architecture is not merely a container for different uses but a visual language that reflects the energy and modern development of the Selvia area.
