Landscape design played a central role in shaping the project, incorporating native vegetation, shaded gathering areas, and outdoor spaces that encourage guests to engage with the environment throughout the year.

During the technical design phase, every architectural element was refined to ensure functionality, sustainability, and long-term durability. Material selections were carefully chosen to complement the natural surroundings while minimizing maintenance requirements. Energy-efficient strategies, natural ventilation, and environmentally conscious design solutions were integrated into the project to support a more sustainable approach to hospitality.
