Black Diamond Hotel (Cebra Collaboration)

Located in the heart of Dhërmi, this hospitality project represents a collaboration between our studio and the internationally renowned architecture studio CEBRA, bringing together local context and global design expertise to create a distinctive destination on the Albanian Riviera. Positioned within a lush Mediterranean landscape, the development is carefully integrated into the natural terrain, preserving existing vegetation and embracing the character of the site.

The project is composed of a hotel building and a series of complementary accommodation volumes, organized around shared amenities and landscaped open spaces. A preserved traditional house remains at the center of the development, serving as a cultural anchor that connects the new intervention with the historical identity of the area. The architecture combines clean geometric forms with textured green façades, natural stone elements, and expansive terraces that frame views toward the surrounding landscape and the Ionian coastline.

Designed with sustainability and guest experience at its core, the development incorporates rooftop solar panels, green terraces, natural ventilation strategies, and generous outdoor recreational spaces, including gardens, and wellness areas. The result is a contemporary hospitality destination that balances innovation with heritage—offering a refined architectural experience that reflects the evolving identity of Dhërmi as one of the Mediterranean’s most promising coastal destinations.
