Nestled within the natural landscape of Lake Arditi, this hospitality and recreation masterplan reimagines the relationship between architecture, nature, and community. Conceived as a contemporary lakeside retreat, the project combines a collection of carefully positioned cabins, a boutique hotel, and an open-air amphitheater, creating a destination that seamlessly blends accommodation, leisure, and cultural experiences.

The design is guided by the existing topography, vegetation, and water landscape, allowing the built environment to become an extension of its natural surroundings rather than an imposition upon them. Each architectural element is strategically placed to maximize views toward the lake while preserving a sense of privacy and immersion in nature. The cabins are distributed throughout the site as intimate retreats among the trees, while the hotel acts as the project’s central hospitality hub, offering panoramic views and direct connections to the waterfront.

At the heart of the development lies the open-air amphitheater, envisioned as a gathering place for performances, events, and community activities. Positioned along the lakeshore, it strengthens the social and cultural identity of the destination while enhancing the visitor experience throughout the year.

The project seeks to create a balanced coexistence between architecture and landscape through a restrained material palette, sustainable design principles, and a strong emphasis on outdoor living. More than a tourism destination, the proposal is conceived as a place of connection—between people and nature, visitors and community, leisure and culture—offering a unique experience within one of the region’s most distinctive natural settings.
